The company's two ethylene glycol (EG) plants have an annual production capacity of 216,000 tons of mono Ethylene Glycol (MEG). The EG plants produce one main products, MEG, and two by-products, di-ethylene Glycol (DEG) and tri-ethylene Glycol (TEG). The main customers of MEG are Polyester Synthetic Fiber manufacturers and the polyester Terephtalate (PET) resign producers. MEG is also used as a cooling agent and anti freeze. DEG is used in the unsaturated Polymer Resign industry, Brake Fluid industry, while TEG is used for gas dehydration and chemical cleaning purposes.
